As the Official UK Distributor for Rocket Espresso, we keep over 100 Rocket machines in stock at our UK warehouse for next-day dispatch, with delivery typically taking 2–3 days depending on your location.
🔹 Pre-Orders: If you place a pre-order, your machine will be dispatched as soon as it arrives from Milan. Track your Rocket machine order here.
🔹 Delivery & Handover: Once your machine is in our UK warehouse, our specialist delivery partner will contact you directly with their booking diary so you can choose your preferred delivery day. We use this dedicated team for free delivery within mainland Britain, ensuring your Rocket arrives safely and is handed over with care.

Returns and refund policy
Every Rocket Espresso machine is hand-built in Italy. Because of this bespoke process, these machines are classed as custom products and are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off/return period, and are not eligible for cancellation or return under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013,
We want you to be completely confident in your choice, so if you have any questions before ordering, our team will be happy to guide you through the options and ensure you find the perfect machine.
For accessories, grinders, and other non-custom items purchased online, you may return them within 14 days of delivery provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. For those items (excluding Rocket Espresso machines) a full refund will be issued once the returned items are received and inspected.
