Refund policy

Returns
Our refund policy covers accessories and grinders only and lasts 14 days from the day you receive your order. You must notify us by email within this 14 day period if you would like to return your items. After this period unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Rocket Espresso machines and other espresso machines are not able to be returned, exchanged or cancelled as they are fragile items and shipping and handling costs would be prohibitive. Special orders from the factory are also not able to be returned, exchanged or cancelled.

Returns and refund policy exclusions

Every Rocket Espresso machine is hand-built in Italy. Because of this bespoke process, these machines are classed as custom products and are not eligible for cancellation or return under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We want you to be completely confident in your choice, so if you have any questions before ordering, our team will be happy to guide you through the options and ensure you find the perfect machine.

Rocket Espresso machines, are custom-built in Italy. As such, these are considered bespoke products under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off/return period.

Once an order for a Rocket machine has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned.

For accessories, grinders, and other non-custom items purchased online, you may return them within 14 days of delivery provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. A full refund will be issued once the returned items are received and inspected.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Outlet & Ex-Demo Machine Terms
Our outlet and ex-demo machines and grinders are lightly used, may have minor cosmetic marks, and are sold at a reduced price. Each one is fully tested and comes with a full UK warranty. They are sold as seen and cannot be returned, except where required by UK consumer law (e.g. for a genuine fault covered under warranty).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@proespresso.co.uk

Shipping
To return your product, you contact us at hello@proespresso.co.uk and get approval for return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

For all returns please use a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance covering the value of the item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
